City Medical GP and Vaccination Clinic has now closed, and is no longer taking bookings.

Our former GP, Dr Matt Shaw has relocated to the nearby MyClinic Melbourne. If you wish to remain under Dr Shaw’s care, you can book an appointment with him at MyClinic Melbourne as a new patient. You can book online or by calling 03 9620 5299. Your medical records will be automatically available to him there.
